International Orders: Orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive via Fed Ex. Tracking number will be sent once the Item is fulfilled to the email or number that is left during checkout.
Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is completely out of our control. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, with the exception of custom-made or "personalized" orders. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
*NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ORDER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24HRS OF THE TIME IT WAS PURCHASED.

PACKAGE YOUR ORDER: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund or exchange you must provide the ring in the condition the ring was sent to you. Please write a note inside the package with what needs to be done with the item and the name that was on the order so we can make sure the money is refunded or credit is given to the correct person.
